Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team at Naplesjetcenter. As a Call Center Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our call center staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for call center staff on customer service, company policies and procedures, and product knowledge
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of call center staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Identify training needs and make recommendations for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and call center operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and customer service standards
- Assist with the development and implementation of new call center processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate training records and provide reports on training progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center training or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
